Shipping policy
HEATEDMALL have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, China and UK for all orders. After your orders is complete, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest center, we will ship your orders from our main fulfillment in China where we stock a large quatity and style of the products. Shipping is also based on your location; Please expect 5- 15 business days after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.

At HEATEDMALL, we pride ourselves on our speed and focus. We aim to get your items delivered as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours - excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Order Received." Once an order has a status of "Order Processed," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.
Tracking
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can tracking your order at your country’s post website or here
Delivery Policy
Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.
Backorders
RevZilla.com does not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.
Wrong Address
It it the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is alwasys a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packgaes. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any question on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.
How to track your order
You can find the tracking order page on our website, enter your order number and check where the package is. Usually, there will be package information on the tracking order page 24-48 hours after delivery. (if the package information may not be updated within 48 hours, please wait patiently)
Tax & Import Duties
Sales tax is not included in the price stated on our website.
If you order from outside of the United States, we cover any customs and import duties on orders up to $2,500. If you happen to be asked to pay any customs or import duties, please contact our Customer Care team here with proof of payment and we will refund charges when applicable. In certain cases, orders exceeding US$800 may be subject to customs clearance which may cause a delay in shipping.
Orders placed from outside the United States may be subject to customs and import duties.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
